1. Authenticity and Item Condition
Collectible Nature: The majority of items sold on this website are rare, vintage, or out-of-print physical media (including but not limited to CDs, vinyl records, and memorabilia).
Condition Grading: All items are inspected and described as accurately as possible. By purchasing, you acknowledge that vintage items may show minor cosmetic wear on jewel cases, inserts, or packaging consistent with age. Significant flaws will always be noted in the product description.
Media Functionality: Original CD pressings and vinyl are visually inspected and/or play-tested. We guarantee that the media will play without skipping on standard, well-maintained audio equipment.
2. Pricing and Availability
Market Pricing: Due to the rarity and fluctuating market value of vintage collectibles, prices are subject to change without notice.
Inventory Limitations: Most items in our inventory are one-of-a-kind ("Vault Finds"). In the rare event that an item sells simultaneously across multiple channels or is found to be unavailable at the time of fulfillment, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full, immediate refund.
3. Payment and Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: item unavailability, errors in the description or price, or suspected unauthorized or illegal transactions.
All payments must be cleared in full before any items are packaged or dispatched.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Proxy Services
Fulfillment: Orders are typically processed and dropped off with the courier within 2–3 business days.
International & Proxy Shipping: If you are purchasing items from abroad using third-party proxy shopping or forwarder services (e.g., shipping to a warehouse address), our liability ends once the tracking number confirms safe delivery to that forwarder’s designated address. We are not responsible for subsequent handling, damage, or customs delays caused by third-party international shipping providers.
5. Strict "No Return, No Exchange" Policy
Due to the highly scarce, fragile, and easily replicable nature of rare physical media, as well as the instant delivery of digital assets, this store operates under a strict No Return, No Exchange policy.
Finality of Physical Sale: All successful transactions for physical collectibles are considered final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind," accidental purchases, or subjective disagreements regarding standard vintage cosmetic wear.
Digital Subscriptions and Digital Goods: Once a digital subscription, access code, activation token, or digital voucher is purchased and delivered via email or your user account, the sale is completely irreversible, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Due to the inherent nature of digital products, they can be instantly redeemed, copied, or activated upon receipt. Because we cannot verify or revoke a digital asset once it has been exposed to a buyer, all digital delivery sales are final. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your right to cancel or request a refund terminates immediately upon the digital dispatch of the product or subscription access.
Media Compatibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have the proper, functional equipment to play original physical media or meet the technical requirements to run digital services. Returns will not be accepted due to compatibility issues with unauthorized or low-end hardware/software.
Parcel Damage Exceptions (Physical Items Only): In strict compliance with e-commerce consumer protection standards, an exception to this policy is only granted if the incorrect physical item was delivered, or if it suffered catastrophic structural damage during initial transit.
📹 Important Requirement for Physical Claims: To qualify for a physical parcel damage exception, the buyer must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the unopened package, the shipping label, and the discovery of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Without this video evidence, no exceptions to the No Return, No Exchange policy can be made. This exception does not apply to digital subscriptions or digital goods under any circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property
All text, product descriptions, site layout, and custom graphics on this website are the property of our shop.
Album artwork, band logos, and artist trademarks displayed on original physical media items are the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders and are used strictly for identification and resale purposes of legally obtained physical goods.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, or from the performance/non-performance of vintage media and electronic collectibles purchased through the shop.
