"Soul Survivor," released in 1995, was the 8th album from jazz impresario Bobby Caldwell, which includes 11 smooth jazz tracks that features his own version of  "Walk On By," "At Last," and the special bonus track "All The Way". 

A standout on the album is his classy rendition of "Don't Ask My Neighbor" which resonated strongly among the jazz and pop fans.

Bobby Caldwell enjoyed an illustrious, multi-decade music career spanning from the late 1970s until his passing in 2023. He achieved massive global success as a premier figure in the blue-eyed soul and yacht rock genres. His most popular hit, the timeless "What You Won't Do for Love" from his 1978 debut album, cracked the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100. This signature melody remains a staple on radio stations worldwide and has been heavily sampled by modern hip-hop and R&B artists.

A nice relaxing album of some of his hits performed live in concert. Released in 89' Kenny G. grew ahuge following of fan base amongst pop and jazz fans eventually winning a Grammy over the years. A rare cut can be found in this album which is his duet with Michael Bolton with the song "Don't Make Me Wait For Love" and has become a favorite by many.

Here's a CD you don't see everyday. The debut album from adult contemporary/jazz artist Kevyn Lettau. A big hit in the early 90's she has then created a strong following thru the years touring extensively in Asia and Japan. The original title was called "Kevyn Lettau" but If you look closely, it was changed to "Your Smile" to probably appeal more to the pop audience. Historically, labels back in the day can decide what to do whatever they want as long as they pay the license fee and release the album. This CD is the early press version that came out in the Philippines and possibly a rare piece of music history based on the 're-titled" album. Check out discogs and you'd probably be surprised.
